Cultivating a Sense of Belonging

Twelve Upper School students from Rumsey Hall participated in the Community Life Summit hosted by Kent School, where they engaged in a exchange of ideas and initiatives aimed at enhancing our community. Students from Rumsey showcased their innovative projects, each crafted with the goal of creating positive change within our local environment.

Alongside their peers from eight regional independent schools, all attendees took part in workshops dedicated to exploring strategies for cultivating a sense of belonging among community members. Through collaborative dialogue and shared experiences, the summit provided a platform for students to envision and enact meaningful contributions to the collective well-being of our shared communities.
